Multiple Inspection Point types for same operation

Our automotive industry client has the need to have multiple inspection points for the same operation in an inspection type 03 - inprocess inspection. For example, we have characteristics that need to be checked at the beginning of a production order, every 5000 pcs, and end of the production order. We see that SAP has the option for 1 event such as the qty based 5000 pcs, but we can not set more than 1 for the same operation. Please advise how best to accommodate?
