Notification on Price List

Hi

I have price list like below etc. All have Authorization Group 1 . I want that only particular users should be able to change Supplier-Dl price list.

As documented in the Online Help of SAP Business One in the Price List Window topic:

Authorization Group

The authorization group is used to control access to a price list and is defined under the subject Inventory Price Lists Price Lists in the Authorizations window.

Example

You have defined three price lists PL01, PL02 and PL03 and want to give a specific group of users full access to PL01, read only access to PL02 and no access to PL03. In this case, proceed as follows:

In the Price List window, do the following:

1. If you're running SAP Business One 9.3 PL08 or earlier, select Group 1 for PL01, Group 2 for PL02, and Group 3 for PL03.

If you're running SAP Business One 9.3 PL09 or later, select Price List - Group No. 1 for PL01, Price List - Group No. 2 for PL02, and Price List - Group No. 3 for PL03.

2. In the User Groups window, create a new user group named <Group A> and select Authorization for the Group Type.

3. On the Groups tab in the Authorizations window, select Group A.

Under the subject Inventory Price Lists Price Lists , find Price List - Group No. 1 , Price List - Group No. 2 , and Price List - Group No. 3 , and then assign Full Authorization , Read-Only authorization and No Authorization to them respectively.

4. Choose Update.
