PowerBuilder 12.1 Installation

I'm looking to install PowerBuilder 12.1 on my computer. I am trying to access the following zip files: pb12\pb1200prodwin32.zip & pb12\pb12_7154_patch.zip. The link provided in the instructions (ftp://ftp.pwrplan.com/) appears to no longer work, whether I try it through Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.

Is there another way to access the above listed zip files?
