Integration with SAP

We want to send Invoices from SAP to Digi chambers Digichambers2.

Can somebody advise how Integration of Digi chambers Digichambers2 with SAP can be done.

But we dont have any middleware between digichambers and SAP.

In this case can we connect digichambers to SAP using the below ways.

1. IDOC ./ EDI based integration

2. Via SOAP services

3. Via RFC/ BAPI / API calls

3. What SAP system is this and what version details
