Getting empty popup while running desktop agent


Hi team,

I am trying to run the 'Manage Payment Device' standard BOT from the store in the Cloud studio(IRPA cloud studio).

After adding the environments and trigger and running the bot from desktop agent.

There are 2 process in Payment advice package from store.

1)Fetch Payment advice 2) Manage payment advice

when i click on fetch payment adive bot from agent to run ,i am getting the empty popup as shown below and later getting error as timeout.

Please help me to get the solution as soon as possible(I am using the trial version of SAP IRPA).
