I am trying to open tempalte in CG42 - it says server busy.. " Switch to activate busy program and correct the problem"

Hi gayatri.bokar,

I assume you have WWI locally installed.

Please close all WWI and MS word tasks via the task manager or re-start your PC.

If that doesn't help re-install WWI locally on your PC. Make sure to install the same WWI version on your PC as is installed on the WWI server.

It worked by restarting the PC. Problem with Word.
