Condition to Save Orders

Hi,

I added a user defined license expiration date to a business partner. So the user can not enter an order if the order dates > expiration date, or can not create a delivery note from an order that is already entered in if the date of the delivery note > expiration date.

Can someone give me some guidance on how to set this up?
