Hi,
I'm working on automation with apps Manage Your Test Processes and Test Your Processes (Manage Your Solution) to automate selected test processes.
I got "Not executable" status for scheduled Test Processes. All Test Processes planned by me had appropriate time intervals to avoid tests execution at the same time.
The reason given: Not executable
Additional information from the logs of both test plans:
Label: Test Plan Error
Reason: Test plan is under execution in other instance with Log number 0000001117
Label: Test Plan Error
Reason: Test plan is under execution in other instance with Log number 0000001112
My comment: But these test plans were not executed at the same time - there was a large time gap between them and all scheduled test plans contain different processes.
Application: Test Your Processes (Manage Your Solution)
Test Plans with this error:
CR.05.2022 Test FI Accounts Payable - Part 2
CR04.2022 FI Asset Accounting
Please help me understand what the real reason could be to avoid a similar situation next time.
Thanks
Dear customer
One of the reasons for test plans not being executed could be due to missing roles to the test user added as a default user in Test your Process app. Can you re-check once the roles assigned?
Were these test plans executed manually by clicking on execute button in Test Your Processes app, can you let us know if this execution worked fine when triggered manually?
Request your support to understand the issue in more detail.
Thanks

Thanks, that issue did not happen more times. I doubt it was due to missing roles assignment but maybe. Fortunately, the scheduling has been working perfectly for the past five weeks.
