Error - Upload a CSV File in IAS User Administration

I'm trying to upload a file with the users in IAS Tenant of Cloud ALM, but it shows this message error

Hello,

you have provided 'username', but as per SCIM doc and warning message, it must be 'userName'.

To underline his comment once again --> YES, the names of the column titles are key sensitive!!!
IAS frustrated me a LOT until I found this post!

for you and for future searches , based on note 2607696 and help? , i've created the attached csv file in notepad with one example entry ....that returned error bcz the group user does not exist 🙂

I have created the group Employees and the import succeeded

status,loginName,mail,firstName,lastName,language,validFrom,validTo,spCustomAttribute1,groups
active,EID00002,julie.armstrong@example.com,Julie,Armstrong,en,20110901120000Z,20150901120000Z,Department,Employees
