processor not assigned for service Contract in SAP

I have successfully created Service Contract in SAP by using service contract url SOAP API but found that Service contract is not posted in SAP.

POST url: https://{host}:{port}/sap/bc/srt/scs_ext/sap/servicecontractrequest_in

In Log message it shows that Service Contract is successfully processed but found that processor is not assigned.

Can Someone please guide me to resolve this issue ?
