Termination PM order confirmation if incorrect goods movement

Hi,

The standard functionality allows termination of PM Order confirmation incase of incorrect goods movement in T Code: IW42. The setup for this function is activated in T Code: OIOR as shown below, but the confirmation is still possible and material end up in COGI, means confirmation is still possible even after this setup in customization. The sap help text is not that clear on what more setup is needed to terminate IW42 based PM Order confirmation.
