BAS: Service Manager - adding new service returns error 500 with no further details

Hello SAP,

I need to add multiple OData service to my OVP app.

Adding using "Service Manager" - just returns 500 error code every time with no further logs.

Anyone experienced the same in BAS? any solutions? next steps? & why it happens - my credentials are correct.
