Read Mail Content with Multiple Attachments and Write Attachments in SAP PO 7.5

Hello Folks,

Good Day!

Looking forward for your valuable Inputs.

Problem statement: Read mail content and multiple pdf attachments from EAI SAP PO using sender MAIL adapter and Deliver to a SOAP web service as attachments (i.e. mail body content appended with each attachments at last).

Example: Let’s Say Email contains 5 different invoice PDF attachments, when SAP PO delivers to web service each invoice PDF attachments should have mail body content appended to it.So every 5 different invoice PDF attachment should have mail body content appended.

Attachment is the diagram for easy reference.

Thanks for your reply and inputs.Is this SAP note applicable to process mail Body contents along with the attachments as a single merged document ?

Hi Rajesh,

the note describes how you can create an XI message for each attachment as well as for the mail body, not sure what you mean with merged document, if you like to append all your pdf documents into one single pdf then this won't work out of the box

Let’s say email contains 5 different invoice attachments, when SAP PO delivers to target system it should have email body content appended to each invoice attachments.
