email notification - request for change

Hi All,

I tried to setup the e-mail notification for RFC (request for change) with the below help of below blog

I have configured email notification to trigger email to the requestor (Transaction type - SMCR)

To test it , I have created a Request for change and assigned it to the change manager and the requestor. But there's no email notification triggered for request for change to the BP
