IDOC from SAP ECC to SAP Integration suite to Third party

Hi,

Requirement is to send IDOC message from SAP ECC to SAP Integration suite and then to third party like open text, true commerce etc.

Please share information how IFLOW and connection between SAP Integration suite and third party be established and if possible steps or screen shots to achieve it.
