STOCK POSTING ISSUE IN MB1C & MIGO

i have 2 plant code ( NATP & NATH ) and i’m maintain the material in both plant but when i posting the stock in MB1C or MIGO. system giving error “ no stock posting possible for this material “

message no : m7097

this is happening only for one plant ( NATP ) but if change the plant as ( NATH ) then system will posting the stock .

in OMS2 qty and value updation flagged is already marked.

what is the main issue ?

how can i solve this issue ?
