Exclude a specific field in a deep structure from json with /ui2/cl_json=>serialize

Hi Experts ,

I am converting a deep structure to json using /ui2/cl_json=>serialize .

Need to remove one of the structure from the deep structure before converting to json format .

is there any way to remove the structure .
