SAP BTP Notification Service - audit.app.stop Event not working

Hi experts,

We have a SAP CAP Application that is bound to a Notification Service instance.

The Notification Service instance has been configured to send an email when the app is stopped. Configuration attached.alert-action.png alert-condition.png alert-subscription.png

But I am stopping the application and no email is sent. I have been checking with the consumer API and the event does not seem to be created.

Any idea?
