I cannot understand how SAP calulates Safety Stock and Reorder Stocks?

It gives me

8057 Reorder Stock

3464 Safety Stock

5790 Minimum lot

Here some MRP Parameter:

Periods 12

Service Level: 70%

MRP ZL

Lead time: 21 + 2

External source

Moving Average

History of consuption From last to least recent (8780,14150,11520,7540,10300,6430,4070,435,265,1220,2060,2705)

Please add screenshot of OMDQ for your MRP Type. It's like that your MRP type was created in-house and folks over here might need to see that screen.

Here the screen shots you asked for.I hope they are helpfull.

I confirm it is customized, and I guess in a bad way.

It is not properly working (I am doing the reorders manually)

With a Mean consumption of 5790pc with a high MAD, how the Safety sotck could be only 3464pc with 21 LT days ?

I should be more than 10.000pc.
