MAG Integration Advisor: Segment Mapping

Hi Experts,

I am creating MAG using Integration advisor for a mapping scenario where my target structure is an IDoc.

This target Idoc has a segment with all its fields mapped to constants and not dependent on source structure.

While the fields are mapped to constants, I do not see any option(like Set Constant or Set Function) for the segment to be mapped to constant.

Eventually the segment is not getting created.

Please advise how do we address this issue

screenshot.pngHello rrmalgi, in edit mode, you see on right side of segment name (E1EDK14) icon giving option pop up Set function and Set constant. While, to link with source structure on left side, you can use drag and drop feature. Does it answer or is there another question?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for your response. I got this issue resolved by making the segment E1EDK14 mandatory in MIG as all the dependent fields are mapped to constant.
