Where-used EHS Environmental Management

Hi,

I am currently working on the Environmental Management module. When accessing tiles such as Chemical/Physical Properties, Manage Locations and Manage Compliance Scenarios, and clicking on the Where-used button, the screen appears blank and it does not inform where the parameters are used (and it should) - see the image below. Is there any customizing step that must be done for it to work?
