Replace Adobe forms

Hi All,

The Internet explorer is retiring now and hence adobe forms already developed wont open up in Edge browser.So,Our client has asked options to replace the adobe forms . There is no approvals or any workflow in forms being used,so what is the best option:

1)Webdynpro forms

2)Smartforms

3)FPM/Fiori or others.

I am thinking to revert back to smartforms as this would be easier and less complex. But,Webdynpro forms is also an option. Kindly guide.
