Standard table involved in the validation of the creation of PO

Hi,

This is regarding the technical validation that needs to be checked in the standard table of Functional module BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
We are trying to create PO through integration and we are calling class BAPI_PO_CHANGE and we would like to know the standard table involved in the validation of the creation of PO.
Please let us know the standard table and validation of BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
