Retrieve data in PostgreSQL hyperscaler database in Business Application Studio

We have managed to connect our CAP application to PostgreSQL hyperscaler database only by deploying it and using the environment variables as the credentials. I would like to know how we can also connect it when using cds watch in Business Application Studio.
