Hi,
The configuration of the Goal allows creation of user Substatus values under the At Risk & Critical system Status values. I would like to create a Substatus that is "green" or On Track. I see this as a common business process requirement where a process is on hold, waiting for a customer response, in stock, queueing, or any stage where the time is not important.
I have tried to create a long time for a phase or milestone, say 1000 days, but this value then seems to be used by the algorithm to forecast the end date, and can cause very long predicted times for the end of the process instance.
Can anyone suggest a workaround or custom way to do this?
I am using HANA SP11, OPI SP12
Thanks, Andy
This is an interesting use case however the idea was classification is more for those instances that are critical or at risk and the remaining are on track.
As long as we can classify instances at risk and critical we should be in a good position.
Ability to deal with processes that are on hold needs a different thought process and needs to be treated as a feature request.
