SAP iRPA connection to Cloud ALM with BTP destination - registering connection unsuccessful

Hello

We are trying to set up the connection from iRPA to Cloud ALM based on the documentation of SAP: Configuring SAP Cloud ALM Integration - SAP Help Portal.

We were able to add the destination and reference it in the Cloud Factory:

But when trying to register iRPA to Cloud ALM, we receive the error 'Failed to register configuration':

More in detail, we receive a 'Not acceptable' message in iRPA.

The cause of this issue is not clear to us. Can someone find out, based on my screenshot, what we could be doing wrong?

Hi Arne,

I also encounter the same error and found out that the description in online help is wrong.

In online help, it says

4. Enter the URL given in your service key instance in the cockpit in the URLbox --> this should be your Tenant URL.

6. Enter your Tenant URL + /oauth/token at the end, in the Token Service URL box. --> this should be the URL given in your service key instance + /oauth/token

With above setup in destination, I can register my iRPA in my SAP Cloud ALM.

Hi feysa ,

Please make sure that you use the correct CALM tenant URL within the field "Token Service URL". It should be CALM_tenant_url + /oauth/token. Please correct the url.

Additional properties within Destionations are not required.
