How to cost product based on BOM with effective parameter?

Hello

We are using effective parameter as of serial number in BOM change so that control start and finish the applying components with product serial number.

However, when we estimate product cost in CK11N the components are exploded without changes in effective parameter.

The initial BOM which are date base is applied in CK11N. With this reason, somewhat difference has made in standard cost.

Is there any way to explode BOM with effective parameter in CK11N?

Pleasw advise me the brilliant way.
