$ formatting changes on second page

This is so strange. As you can see, the $ formatting changes on the second page. This was when exported to a PDF. The fields are set to Display Currency Symbol, with a Fixed $ on the left hand side. On the second page, it switches to the $ right next to the number value. How do I fix this?
