SAP Work Zone - How to hide widgets or documents in a workspace based on user group/role

Hi Experts,

I am working on SAP Work Zone PoC. I would like to know if there is a possibility to hide/display the widgets and the unstructured documents in a workspace based on user group/role.

You can create a new page and give access to specific user lists or workspace members.

Hi Rekha,

Thanks for raising this question. Widgets / UI cards cannot be shown or hidden dynamically based on roles or user groups at this point. The content within them however can be based on users, e.g. workspace widget will not show a given workspace, when the user isn't a member.
