SOP vs customer schedule lines



I'm working for automotive and struggling to setup SOP process. My business process and need is following:

1. Customers send schedule lines for every sales item (different horizon depending on customer, between 6 and 15 months)

2. Schedule data above 3 months is not reliable and needs adjustment or extension

3. I'd like to replace data 3M+ with SOP data (using MC81 aggregation) and keep it rolling always like:

1-3M: schedule lines relevant for MRP

4-24M: SOP lines relevant for MRP

How can I get this done and have right for MRP?
