Incoming invoices not coming after SAP PI to SAP PO upgrade

We are using SAP standard NFE solution. We have migrated our middleware from SAP PI to SAP PO. After the migration we are not seeing incoming invoices from SEFAZ. Can you please help and let us know which all interfaces we need to check in SAP PI/PO or in NFE systems.
