SAP S/4HANA 2021, Fully-Activated Appliance vCPU Error After Restart

Hello,

I spent about an hour successfully connected to my instance. I was able to log into SAP and access transactions. I suspended the instance and came back an hour later to begin again. However, I'm now receiving the vCPU error message which is strange because I did not receive the error when I fist activated the instance. What should I do?
