Cannot accept terms for SAP S/4HANA 2021, Fully-Activated Appliance

I am getting an error when clicking "I Accept" for any trial instance of SAP S/4HANA: "We are sorry, we are not able to provide the requested solution at this time. Try again later or contact the SAP Cloud Appliance Library operators."

On other forum posts, it seems that this was an intermittent issue. Is this a known issue at the moment or am I creating the trial instance incorrectly? I have tried in both Safari and Chrome at this point.
