SAP Asset Manager

Dear all,

During installing new additional component within SAP Asset Manager 2105 found an guide Create the SAP Asset Manager client.

Is it obligatory to create/build new android client with new additional component ?

or just apk file from download center (does it contains already crew managemebnt metadata ot does apk from download center or play market contains only base asset manager without addtitional component) ? if yes why do we need execute stepts 11 or other from link - https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_ASSET_MANAGER/b9ddcd5bbc5c462b8ef3b0d18a6193bf/714b7c7da1c8421ca9af5fbb1b10bbd0.html?version=2105
