When we try to access the Organization Chart service from My Info Lane it's not opening anything. It's just staying there itself.
When I check the HTTP trace it's showing below error message.
Unable to get property 'PERSON_ID' of undefined or null reference
I check some threads but not helped out.

Yes, user is linked to actual employee. And the position is assigned to only one employee. There is no multiple personnel assignments.
Just for kicks...you ARE sure that the user your are testing with is in fact "linked" to an actual employee?....and by "person ID", it appears you are allowing/using multiple personnel assignments, so that employee also has a "person ID" assigned?
