PO Release Strategy Pre-requisite

Hi All,

The following is the Release Strategy Scenario.

25000 to 50000
Level 1
A1 or A2 or A3. either one of them can approve + A4 (Final Approver)

In Release Pre-requisite we have checked A4 and screen shot is as follows.

In Release Status we have checked "A1 & A4", "A2 & A4", "A3 & A4", "A1,A2,A3,A4" as "Released".

But in Release Simulation, we get A4 as the first approver and the screen shot of the same is as follows.

A1 or A2 or A3 should be the first approver and then only A4 should approve. Kindly help us with a solution.
