SAP UI5 library hosted in MII work bench failed to Load in the Browser

Hi Experts,

In Our project we hosted all the SAP Ui5 librarues in the MII work bench under the common project. most of the time resourses from the library loading perfectly fine in the browser but for some times these resources are failed to load in the browser due to which users seeing blank screen.

for the work around when we publish these failed resourses from the MII work bench it started loading perfectly fine. so I wanted to know,

is there any permanent solution for this?

what happens in the backend when publish a file from MII work bench?
