Sigavio to SolMan 7.2 Integration Steps

Can you guide how to integrate SolMan 7.2 to Signavio to do Export and Import. Is there a step by step guided document ?

Hello Samikhya,

these IP addresses are used by SAP Signavio Process Manager for requests to your SAP Solution Manager. In this step you just have to make sure that your security settings do not block those requests.

If you have further issues with the Connection I really can recommend you also the Troubleshooting Part of the documentation.

I also can recommend you take a look into the User Guide which is from my experience also helpful.

Dear Jannis

When I try to call our SolMan Process Manager Service using GET Method in /IWFND/GW_CLIENT T code , I get error as "BAD Request" 400 Bad Http Request.

Wondering what could the reason ?

Seeking help on below points.

1.Ensure your security settings allow incoming requests from SAP Signavio Process Manager to your SAP Solution Manager server (to the URL/port you need to specify later). The IP addresses of the SAP Solution Manager integration service are 3.68.26.78, 3.67.68.183, and 18.192.165.143 for editor.signavio.com . You need to use all 3 of them.

Do we need to maintain these IP's anywhere in Solution Manager ?

2.Have you define the attributes in Signavio

3.Have you push data from Signavio to solman soldoc ?

We have successfully integrated SOlMAN to Signavio . I had imported SAP best practice from SOLMAN to SIgnavio . The transaction code and diagrams also imported to Signavio using PROCESSMANAGEMENT API.

After modification of Collaboration diagrams in Signavio as per customer needs, the export to SOLMAN :-

1. Does not bring the Level4 ( Process step) -> Transaction codes to SOLDOC. I could get only the tasks as Process steps with out the T code.

2. The modified collab diagrams come as Folder-->Scenario-->Processes--> Process steps in SOLDOC but the actual diagram does not get exported . In SOLMAN we always have the Collaboration diagram apart from structures.

Are these standard limitation at SIgnavio side ? or what should be done to get these?

Hi Team

Any input on these :-

1.When we export the SAP Best Practice to Signavio , the Transaction code/Fiori Apps do not come automatically to SIgnavio. Eg- J59

The diagram does not show any executables assigned automatically as we see in SOLMAN . In SOLMAN J59 shows all Executables at Process step automatically.

The challenge is if we use J59 and add few steps , we need to assign all executables to each and every task not just the newly added tasks.

Could you confirm if this is a signavio limitation or any other issue?

2. If a customer does not want to go with Signavio/Solman combo , can we re-use the Processes drawn using our inhouse Signavio and integrated to SOLMAN and exporting the same to Customer SolMan ?

For https://app-us.signavio.com (US server), the IP addresses are 18.235.204.147, 50.16.9.226, and 54.205.22.53. You need to use all 3 of them. For https://app-au.signavio.com (Australian server), the IP addresses are 13.236.49.140, 52.64.193.78, and 54.66.30.251. You need to use all 3 of them.
