How to create custom resource status

Hello,

As a part of the Overall Equipment Effectiveness functionality in SAP DMC, the "Assign Time Element Types" section of the help guide specifies the possibility to assign custom resource status to this object. Please see the attached screenshot below.

Is there any documentation about how to add new custom status at resource level? If so, could you please provide any link or the steps to follow?
