Interactive Script Editor loading 0% Win 10

Hi

I request your help since with Windows 10 I cannot run Interactive Script Editor when I run it it stays at loading 0%.

1. Check note 2050414 settings and everything looks OK.
2. I have SAP CRM 701 SP 18.
3. I have Java 1.5.0.2 installed (I also tried with Java 1.6 and 1.7 and it didn't work)
4. I'm using Windows 10 IE, I tried IE 7 and 6 emulation but it didn't work either.
