Last month of the planning horizon is missing - APO DP

Dear APO DP experts

I am facing an unexpected result in my planning book when it is defined to load 15 months horizon as it used to do last month, but from this month, the planning book shows only horizon for 14 months ahead, it should end in july 2023 but ends in june 2023.

The planning area is correctly initialized, and I checked the transactions SCAL, /sapapo/calendar, /sapapo/tr32, and /sapapo/tr30 look fine...

I just tested changind 15 to 16 in the transactioin /sapapo/tr30 and now it ends in july 2023, but this should not happen.

Hoping to hear a permanent solution from you soon.

Does this mean you have a Time Bucket Profile with 16 months (/SAPAPO/tr30) now but you still see only 15 months in the DP DataView in SDP94 ? If so, check in the DataView definition what is the "visible from" / "input from" date setting is.

Nop...

The Time Bucket Profile with 15 months (/SAPAPO/tr30) used to show 15 months horizon...

Suddenly last month only shows 14 months, so days ago I tested changing this time bucket profile to 16 in the transactioin /sapapo/tr30 and now it shows 15 months as expected... BUT using 16 months instead of 15. I think it should work fine using 15 as it used to be.

Check the Planning Book/ DataView setup -> does it use a "fixed" time bucket horizon instead of a dynamic x month forward / backward ? How is the time bucket profile defined in there (if used) ?

Hi

Yes it does use time bucket profile, it is the one I mentioned I tested changind it from 15 to 16 in the transactioin /sapapo/tr30.
