Customer Checkout Monitor details not opening

We have CCO implemented for one of our customers

The customer checkout monitor has an annoying issue, if we have an invoice stuck and try to change the details to release it (like changing the warehouse in one of the items) it is not opening the popup to view

we checked the URL in multiple of browsers but with the same issue.

does anyone come across such issue?

i found some exceptions in the console of the browser when i click on the buttons :

In Case anyone came across the issue

The issue was some files missing in the folder of SAPCustomerCheckoutB1i in the source installation.

I got a copy from the folder C:\Program Files\sap\SAP Business One Integration\IntegrationServer\Tomcat\webapps\SAPCustomerCheckoutB1i from another Server with an integration framework installed and I replaced the existing folder SAPCustomerCheckoutB1i and it works.
