Customer Checkout Monitor details not opening

We have CCO implemented for one of our customers

The customer checkout monitor has an annoying issue, if we have an invoice stuck and try to change the details to release it (like changing the warehouse in one of the items) it is not opening the popup to view

we checked the URL in multiple of browsers but with the same issue.

does anyone come across such issue?
