Unable to open link in redwood BPA under Main Help Guide

Hi,

When i double click on this blue writings it takes me back to the login page.

I need to know how to create JDBC process server in redwood BPA .So clicked 'i' in the top right corner and under main help guide searched jdbc process server .

I got certain links as in screen shot attached but when i tried to click those links it is taking me to the login page.
