Can the system synchronize automatically when there is a network

Engineers forget to synchronize during operation, and then when the operation is completed, an error will be reported because it is different from the cloud data. Engineers need to fill in all the data again, and then resynchronize. The operation is very inconvenient.
Can the system synchronize regularly when there is a network connection?

There is a company setting for automatic data sync which can solve solve your issue. Check if this helps,

Note: It will sync the data immediately which can lead to another issue if a technician wants to submit it later after reviewing.

Dear customer,

thanks for your request. There is no possibility to synchronize the device based on network connection, but we have company settings that can be enabled in order to auto-sync the device based on events, for instance when the technician closed the activity or a checklist.
