ABAP runtime dump while Hiring Personnel action execution

We are getting the following ABAP runtime error while executing the hiring action from PA40.

EXCEPT. CX_SY_ARITHMETIC_OVERFLOW

Application Component PA-PA

Please help me and propose an appropriate solution for the above-mentioned error.

the given information is too less for getting support in this issue. Could you post the full shortdump from ST22 or at least the source code extract from the dump?
