Chat window(Browser window) inside SAP GUI for windows PC

Dear Experts,

We are trying to develop a chatbot assistant inside SAP GUI for windows PC. This window will need to be a floating window similar what we see in other banking website in a web browser. It should allow us to navigate across different transaction while the chat window still available.

We did try this but this will require us to purchase the license for some components of GUIXT.

Can you please help us if it’s possible to achieve this without having to buy this additional license. Which basically means without the use of GUIXT.

Hello bhoyarsharau,

another approach to realize your requirement could be GuiXT. It is possible to integrate internet pages, ActiveX controls or Windows Forms with it. You can find more information about GuiXT Controls here. A basis version is available with each SAP GUI for Windows installation.

I checked mentioned solution the chatbot is not available in SAP GUI desktop application but in an internet browser window. And that this is different from the expectation.
