Hi SAP Community ,
We are using S/4 Service and our Customer is requesting to assign specific service profile and response profile for each group of Business Partners (Customer).
I found that it is possible to assign SLA to BP , but we are not able to find the way to do it .
Could you please guide me for this .

I've just added the tag "CRM Service" to share your question in S/4HANA Service OP forum as well.
Fields SERVICE PROFILE and RESPONSE PROFILE are available in UI/FIORI tile . You have to choose the assignment block "Service levels". This is a screen shot of my 2020 system.
