No Outbound queues from Business partner from S/4 HANA to CRM

Hello,

We have a BP created in CRM and it is replicated to S/4 HAHA. Now we are changing this BP in S/4 hana by changing the BP name field. But there is no outbound que getting created from S/4 to HANA to CRM.

we have activated all FM as per note 2283810. Please let us know if any other setting to be done in S/4 HANA for outbound que to get generated to CRM on changing BP in S/4 HANA.
