When we try to Copy to Delivery Note from an existing Sales Order. The system needs time to open the Delivery Note Document , we use formatted search queries on the Delivery Note Lines but they have been initialized as show user defined value triggered when a column value change.
Any idea on how to overcome this issue?
Hi,
is the setting for Auto refresh set to "Refresh Regularly" or "Display Saved User-Defined Values"? Using the option "Refresh Regularly" will update the field every time you open a document and this might cause the problem you described.
I suggest to remove Auto refresh for those fields on the Delivery if it is not used there, but rather comes from Sales Order. In this way you are always maintaining the same data in those fields as they were in the source document.

Hi,
Is the second suggestion possible? I mean, if you always start with Sales Order, then Auto refresh is not needed. You can keep the linked FMS in case sometimes you need to manually trigger it, and this should also improve performance.
Another thing that comes to mind is that maybe the syntax, are you reffering to fields on the form, or by database field names?
