Cost Center Elementary Search Help Extension

Requirement: Need to Enhance the KOSTN Search Help, addition of CSKS-name1 field in Search Help Parameter and display. Kindly help!!

By adding field in structure M_KOSTN is not reflecting either in Search help or in display.

GOTO->Append Search Help is greyed out to add the field.

Kindly mention the steps to implement the exit to add Name1 Field in standard elementary search help
